I’m sure many of you have seen the commercials for that yogurt endorsed by an actress that’s supposed to keep you regular. Well, let me tell you that’s yogurt is pretty expensive for yogurt, and may contain extra additives that you may not want. If you are truly living naturally, then this particular yogurt may not be your best cure for constipation.

Fast foods, high fat foods, lack of exercise and proper nutrients causes the human body to become out of whack. In addition, not taking the time to tend to your body’s evacuation needs may also cause stool hardening and difficulty in passing waste. If you or someone you know suffers from constipation, read on for some living naturally tips.

I actually read about this tip in a fiction book and found out that it actually works. Every morning, this particular character in the book drank a cup of hot lemon water, a cup of water with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Lemon juice with the warm water may serve to activate the colon and promote regularity. You may also mix a bit of honey in for sweetness.

There are several fruits that may assist in clearing the colon and promoting regularity which are pears, papayas, figs, grapes, raisins and oranges. If you don’t want the extra sugar often found infruits, try a raw spinach salad!

If you are living naturally, then your diet of fresh fruits and vegetables should gradually serve to eliminate the constipation issue. Freshly prepared food, rather than chemical laden processed food should be consumed as often as possible. In addition, drinking plenty of water rather than soda or sugary drinks will assist in your overall health and well being.
